PELHAM MANOR - Pelham Manor Police Chief Al Mosiello will have his salary cut and must undergo training after sending racist emails.
Mosiello confessed to forwarding racially offensive jokes online from his home computer back in 2011.
On Monday evening, the board penalized him with a significant cut in pay and mandatory sensitivity training.
Mosiello also agreed that if anything like this is ever repeated it will result in his immediate termination.
