LIL WAYNE RAPS “HYFR” ON ESPN’S ‘HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE’

Lil Wayne’s sports acumen is well documented. From his ode to his beloved Green Bay Packers to the famous scenes in the documentary that chronicled the making of Tha Carter 3, the New Orleans legend is one of the most knowledgeable fans in the world of rap.

So it should come as no surprise when he was welcomed onto the set of ESPN’s Highly Questionable alongside Bomani Jones, Dan Le Batard and his father, Papi.

It should have been a surprise, however, when Papi joined Wayne in rapping “HYFR,” one of the Wayne collaborations from Drake’s 2011 sophomore album, Take Care.

The, well, slightly censored rendition of the song is another in Highly Questionable‘s line of forays into hip-hop, which so far has included an appearance from Action Bronson and Rae Sremmurd’s infamous ski goggled-out interview.
