After a turbulent past few months, Justin Bieber appears to be spending some quality time with his mom.  The two hung out in a recording studio in Atlanta where Bieber is currently renting out a huge house, and mom Pattie Mallette laid down a track.

The singer posted an Instagram video of his mother Pattie Mallette  getting down and singing on Friday. Believe it or not, she actually sounds pretty good.

"Got my moms courage enough to get in the booth for the first time she sounds so good :)," Justin posted online along with the video.

Justin's mother recently spoke out about her concern for her son after he was arrested for a DUI in Miami. She also attended a "save Justin" retreat in Panama shortly after his arrest with his pals Usher and Scooter Braun.
