Joseph Jackson filed a sexual harassment lawsuit on Monday against two of his former female coworkers for allegedly making him feel like man meat at the Manhattan public relations firm where he worked.

Jackson claims that he was relentlessly groped and constantly propositioned for sex by his white, aggressive, female tormentors, Katie Campisano and Sally O’Dowd during his 7-month tenure at Open Communications, which not only represents small start-ups but larger corporations like AOL and Hearst.

As a $35,000-a-year account coordinator, Jackson worked with Campisano, a manager; O’Dowd is one of the company founders. Jackson claims in the suit that he was compared to O’Dowd’s “hot young Puerto Rican lover Apollo.” Jackson also stated how O’Dowd would explicitly offer unwanted details about her dates, sexual encounters and about how she was enamored with young black and Hispanic men.

The 41-year-old also alleges that Campisano sent him lewd text messages such as, “When are we going to have our bang sesh?” “I’m going to need you to be my next boyfriend, Joseph” and  ”You may be easier to bang when we’re not coworkers.”

Last November when the company signed on a new condom client, Campisano allegedly placed a condom on a banana in front of Jackson and stated it was “tight around the base,” and that “It probably wouldn’t fit Joseph.”

After Jackson had reached his wit’s end, he took his sexual harassment complaints to the company CEO John Andrew Morris, who supposedly provided the employee with just lip service by telling him, “I will look into it.”

According to Jackson, after complaining to Morris on three separate occasions about the seemingly unceasing sexual torment, Jackson said he was given the boot on February 21 and, ironically, on the heels of being told that he was doing a good job.

Jackson is now suing for lost wages, benefits, emotional distress and punitive damages and stands to get as much as seven figures if he is victorious.
