DUCK DYNASTY'S PHIL ROBERTSON IN HOT WATER FOR ANTI-GAY COMMENTS

PHIL ROBERTSON
A video of the "Duck Dynasty" star (and Duck Commander inventor) making a speech in 2010 has angered his critics.
In the video, Robertson called same-sex sexual activities "shameful" and "perversions." He also implied that homosexuality was a result of people who "suppress the truth about God," therefore, causing God's wrath.

"Women with women, men with men. They committed indecent acts with one another, and they received in themselves the due penalty for their perversions," Robertson said. "They're full of murder, envy, strife, hatred. They are insolent, arrogant, God-haters. They are heartless, they are faithless, they are senseless, they are ruthless. They invent ways of doing evil."

Earlier this week, Robertson, 67, gave a controversial interview to GQ magazine in which he compared homosexuality to bestiality.

Afterward, the "Duck Dynasty" star, 67, was "placed under hiatus" by his show's network, A&E,after his anti-gay comments made the rounds.
But there were plenty of other notable quotes from his interview with Drew Magary. Here's a quick rundown of Robertson's outlook on the Nazis, civil rights and health care. Plenty of conversation starters here.
