Little Ashley Banks from "Fresh Prince of Bel Air" grew up to be a little quirky, and a little kinky.
In a "no filter" interview with The Huffington Post, actress and singer Tatyana Ali revealed some of her weirdest rituals, including a workout routine that's a bit unconventional.
"I cry three times a day as part of my workout routine," Ali, 33, said. "It really targets the core. Great way to reduce bloating."
Though a quick Google search on the topic came up dry, no doubt the amount of exhaustion crying three times a day would produce has to cancel out a few calories.
The former child star got even more candid when asked about her guiltiest pleasures.
"Bread pudding with chocolate!" she said, "And one-night stands."
Ali also admitted that when she's alone she likes to perform interpretive dances to Tori Amos songs, and she really doesn't miss the unibrow she used to have in the '90s.
The actress is set to star in BET's "Second Generation Wayans," a show following the famous Wayans brothers' nephews. Hopefully her exploits on the show will be just as interesting as this interview.
