Evander Holyfield has been threatened with jail time if he doesn’t pay up more than $300k in unpaid child support.
The Georgia Department of Human Services has taken the former champ to court on behalf of Holyfields 18-year-old daughter Emani. DHS is claiming the Holyfield has paid ZERO of court ordered child support since April 2010, total amount past due is $372,097.40.
DHS has filed a motion with the judge requesting Holyfield be locked up and his wages be garnished until he pays up the back support.
Evander’s rep claimed she was “unaware of the situation”.
