Waka Flocka Discusses Death of Slim Dunkin & Jeezy Beef

Young Jeezy & Slick Pulla

Fans of my homie Atlanta rapper Waka Flocka Flame have a lot to look forward to this summer. Waka has been doing a major radio run to talk about everything he has going on and stopped but Atlanta newest Radio Host  V-103 personality Egypt Sherrod. (Check Her out Every Weekday 10am-2pm on V-103) Waka told Egypt that  not only will he be hitting the road for Drake’s “Club Paradise” tour, but he’ll also be releasing his sophomore album on June 12th.
“Triple F Life: Friends, Fans and Family” will feature appearances from artists such as Ludacris, B.o.B., Trey Songz and Tyga. The record will serve as Waka Flocka Flame’s follow-up to his 2010 debut “Flockaveli,” which produced the hit singles “No Hands” and “Hard in da Paint.”
Waka opened up on the murder of his friend Slim Dunkin, his beef with Young Jeezy affiliate Slick Pulla and more with hosts Angela Yee, DJ Envy and Charlemagne Tha God on Power 105 FM‘.
BET reports when they asked Waka if he dissed Jeezy on the mic at a concert, Waka clarified that he only has ill will towards Tha Snowman’s CTE crew member Slick Pulla. “I never had problems with Jeezy,” Waka said. “I said a guy he’s with, Slick Pulla. I dont like him — period. He’s a coward. It’s not CTE, it’s him as a man. My name is Joaquin; whoever his name is, that’s who I don’t like. Jeezy ain’t do nothing to me. He’s got good music, I always been a fan of him. I can’t hate no man for who he stand next to.”
Waka further explained that he has problems with Pulla “on sight.” “I don’t wanna shoot you, I wanna beat you up,” he said.

“We’re going to do it like the county [jail]; go in the room, put a sheet over the door, the best man walk out….

After we scrap, it’s over — he cool with me.

Don’t bump heads with me though, daddy.”
Waka’s beef with Pulla allegedly stems from an altercation last year inside an Atlanta store. “[I] smashed him, it was like WWF in there,” Waka said. “I don’t even dislike him; I dislike the situation that he did.
Waka explained that he doesn’t “go looking for trouble” — but he doesn’t run away from it either. “I always play defense. I’m just not the one to be playing with,” he insisted. “Somebody said, ‘You’re a role model.’ What, they want me to tell a kid, [if] someone punch you, run and go get authorities? No, defend yourself. Someone punch me in my face — what, I’m supposed to be like, ‘Oh I’m a rapper, he’s gonna sue me, don’t touch him.’ I’m gonna break your jaw.”
Waka was much more subdued when asked about how he’s dealing with the death of his friend and protége Slim Dunkin, who was murdered last December in an Atlanta recording studio. “I don’t accept it — period,” Waka said, explaining that he’s still grappling with the incident emotionally. That’s my dog, I made him rap. If I never made him rap, imagine….”

Waka Flocka Flame will be just one of the many artists featured on Drake’s “Club Paradise” tour. J. Cole, Meek Mill, French Montana and 2 Chainz will also be a part of the trek. The tour gets under way May 7th in Concord, California.
