Youth Basketball Coach Brutally Attacks Opposing Coach

Timothy Lee Forbes, the head coach of a youth 6th grade basketball team, is in police custody after committing a rather vicious attack on the opposing coach after Forbes' team was defeated.
Instead of showing sportsmanship after the loss, Forbes must have seen Evander Holyfield in his sights when he attacked and bit the winning coach's ear in a violent rage.
Forbes then fled the scene but subsequently turned himself into authorities yesterday.
The Hartford Courant reports:
"Timothy Lee Forbes, 34, of 62 Catherine St., Springfield, was the assistant coach of a team playing in a tournament of sixth graders. Police were called to the Holy Name School on Alderman Street and found a man suffering from a serious ear laceration.
'The biter,' as police described him, fled before police arrived, but he turned himself in to police shortly before noon Monday. He was charged with mayhem, for biting the ear, assault and battery, and other charges. He was to be arraigned Monday afternoon."
The victim of the attack was released from the hopsital after receiving medical attention.
