NYPD Officers Witness Teen's Murder Outside Jamaica Houses On Live Video Feed (VIDEO)

A brutal murder on the streets of Jamaica, Queens was not only captured on surveillance video,, but was being watched on a live stream video feed by officers.
The fatal shooting happened at about 12:30 a.m. at the Jamaica Houses in Queens, according to police. Officers assigned to the NYPD Video Interactive Patrol Enhancement Response (VIPER) unit noticed a man collapsing through a camera feed at the housing project, and called in officers on the ground, authorities said.
Video of the closed-circuit feed, released Saturday by police, shows the already-wounded victim running away from two suspects. After he collapses, the victim is shot again.
The VIPER unit officers were able to track the suspects using their pan-tilt-zoom cameras and directed anti-crime officers to the scene, police said.
The officers pulled up to the scene in an unmarked car seconds after the shooting, and apprehended the suspects, police said.

The victim, 18-year-old Daryl Adams, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The suspects, 16-year-old Alexander Burgess and 19-year-old Sean Barnhill, were each charged with second-degree murder and two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. It wasn't immediately known whether they had attorneys.
Police on Saturday, continuing their investigation into Adams' murder, executed a search warrant at 142-19 Hook Creek Blvd. and seized five guns.

They then arrested 11 other people in connection with the guns recovered, including two teens who were wanted in other non-fatal shootings, authorities said.
A motive in the shooting Friday wasn't immediately clear, but police indicated it gang-related. Source
