Are Fabolous and Emily B Getting Their Own Reality Show?

First Jim Jones and Chrissy Lampkin left Love & Hip-Hop for the greener pastures of their own reality TV show, and now it looks like Fabolous’ longtime girlfriend, Love & Hip-Hop’s Emily B, has announced that she will also be leaving the show. Check out her tweet below:
Shortly after, Emily B tweeted this:
It sure does seem like she’s hinting that she will be starring in another reality show on VH1….possibly with her son’s father, Fabolous. Fabolous caught a lot of flack on Twitter because he refused to film any scenes with Emily B, who was in turmoil throughout the two seasons she was a part of the show.
Will we be seeing Fabolous on reality TV soon? Only time will tell.

Nas’ Song “Daughters” Outrages His Baby Mama, She Goes Off On Twitter

A few months back, Nas’ daughter Destiny instagram’ed a photo of a box of condoms on a nightstand by her bed. She is only 17 years old. This glimpse into her young life had the tell-tale signs of a “Black girl lost.” Nas chose to address these issues and others in his new track, “Daughters”, in which he blames himself for not being more involved in his child’s life. Take a listen to the track below:

His ex-girl and the mother of his daughter, Carmen Bryant, was not very happy with the song and decided to air her grievances on Twitter. Carmen ended up engaging in various verbal back and forths with Nas’ fans, and it was not pretty.
Check out what Carmen tweeted below:
She went into further details saying the following:
“I’m a mother first, and if Destiny is upset about something-that makes me upset.
I think he really didn’t realize how the song would affect Destiny. He should have allowed her to hear if first.
His short coming was humiliating her in public by rehashing the mistakes she has made via a song. Not right.
…humiliate our children on wax for the mistakes that they make. Who does that?
I didn’t hear anything positive in that song.
That song was created b/c he felt like he owed his listeners an explanation. Period. And I don’t.
He doesn’t owe his fans an explanation with regard to what goes on with Destiny, she is his daughter not his artist. Period.
That’s why he addressed. He cares what you guys think about him. That song was for YOU..not Destiny.”
Nas said the following in a recent interview with XXL Magazine regarding the song:
“She’s my first kid, my first time watching a child become a teen and a little adult before my eyes,” he continued. “That’s one of the most important things in my life: she is. I can’t get away from talking about it. It’s actually one of the first songs I recorded for this album.”
“Daughters” is Nas’ latest single from his upcoming LP, Life Is Good, slated to drop July 17. Do you think Nas is wrong for speaking about his relationship with his daughter in the track?

We’ve been hearing rumors since January that MMG breakout star Meek Mill was dating the baddest of them all, Rihanna. Well, now, a rock solid source inside MMG has confirmed to us that Meek and Ri Ri have indeed been getting it in and spending lots of time together in Los Angeles.
We all know how Rihanna likes to air her grievances and document her intimate feeling on Twitter, so we took a look at her timeline, and we found lots of slight hints from both Rihanna and Meek Mill about their blossoming relationship.
Exhibit A. — Rihanna and Mills were tweeting each other back in February, with both of them tweeting each other’s lyrics mixed with a sexually suggestive twist. Check out the tweets below:
The two also tweeted each other directly. Check out those tweets below:
Exhibit B. – Back in January, it was reported that Rihanna was in a club when she asked the DJ to quit playing her music and requested to hear Meek Mill. Hmm.
Exhibit C – Just recently, Meek instagram’d a photo of Jahlil Beats and his homie Leem crashing in the studio, and Ri Ri commented twice on the photo, hinting that she knew the crew had been eating weed brownies and alluding that she had been hanging out in the studio with them. Meek never mentioned anything about brownies. Check out the tweets below:
Look for these two to come out with a collabo song real soon. Rihanna sure does get around, doesn’t she? I wonder how Drake feels about this….

Jennifer Hudson Attends Trial Of Her Mother's Alleged Murderer William Balfour

Jennifer Hudson was back in a Chicago courtroom Thursday as a family friend recalled hearing a torrent of violent threats from the man accused of killing her mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew.
Robbin Myers told jurors that accused murderer William Balfour threatened Hudson’s sister and relatives at least 10 times during a party two months before the Oct. 2008 slayings, the Chicago Sun Times reported.
Myers also recalled seeing the handle of a gun sticking out of Balfour’s waistband during the August 2008 rant, the Sun Times said.
Balfour was married to the sister, Julia Hudson, at the time. They are now divorced.
“If I find that she cheating on me, I’m f------ her and him up,” Balfour allegedly said, according to Myers. “I’m gonna kill all those motherf------.”
Myers then told jurors he saw Balfour with a gun a second time a month later.
Balfour, who has pleaded not guilty to the triple homicide, was outside Julia Hudson’s bus company, pacing and looking upset, Myers said, according to the Sun Times.
Myers said Balfour sped off after seeing him.
“I guess I stopped him from what he was fixing to do,” Myers told the jury.
Jennifer Hudson and her sister have attended the trial since it started Monday, though they stepped outside Tuesday and Wednesday when prosecutors displayed blood-soaked crime scene and autopsy photos.
They whispered to each other Thursday as one of Balfour's mistresses testified about his alleged odd behavior before and after the alleged shootings, the Chicago Tribune said.
Diane Grant testified that Balfour stayed with her the night before Hudson's beloved mom, 57-year-old Darnell Donerson, and Jason Hudson, 29, were mowed down with bullets in their South Side Chicago house.
Grant said Balfour usually wanted to have sex but didn't that night, and she told jurors she had trouble reaching him on his cell phone the day of the alleged murders.

Bronx Man Murdered At Vigil Of Friend Who Was Murdered In Same Spot

Police investigate slaying near candlelight vigil at intersection of Webster Ave. & 188th St.

Jonathan Lewis came as a mourner, and left as a murder victim.
In a case of deadly déjà vu, the Bronx man was gunned down at a memorial vigil for a friend killed almost one year earlier on the same corner.
Lewis, 22, was shot twice in his torso Wednesday night as he honored slain pal Michael Ikoli, killed last May near his Webster Ave. home by a gunman who remains on the streets.
“It shouldn’t have happened,” said a sobbing Cynthia Shields, the dead man’s mother, after the shooting. “He was paying his respects for his friend.”
The remorseless shooter was captured cowering beneath a van on E. 187th St., and a .38-caliber handgun was recovered at the murder scene, police said.
Lewis, a calm, churchgoing man who swore off the street life, was warned by at least one friend that the vigil was fraught with gang-related peril.
“I told him not to go down there,” said Demetri Morrison, 19, who lived in the same building as Lewis. “I already had a bad feeling. . . . He said, ‘Everything’s going to be all right.’”
Lewis died on the ride to St. Barnabas Hospital, the same facility where Ikoli was DOA on May 3, 2011, after taking four bullets.
About 60 people lit candles at the outdoor memorial for Ikoli, who would have turned 25 on Wednesday. But the quiet vigil was interrupted by a blast of gunfire around 10:30 p.m.
Witnesses said the shooter asked one mourner, “What’s up?” before opening fire on Lewis, who staggered into the street and collapsed.
Murder suspect Darrell Patillo, 18, offered cops a bogus excuse about a Facebook feud when asked about the killing, the victim’s family said — but Lewis didn’t have a Facebook page.
“We don’t know why he killed my son,” said his mother. “We don’t."

Detroit Tiger Delmon Young Comes To NY & Catches A Case

Detroit Tigers outfielder Delmon Young was busted early Friday for assaulting a man in a drunken brawl in front of a Midtown hotel, police sources said.
An allegedly intoxicated Young, 26, was collared shortly after he shoved the man to the ground in front of the Hilton Hotel on Sixth Ave. about 2:40 a.m., the sources said.
Young — who has also been in trouble for his temper on the diamond — was taken to Roosevelt Hospital for detox before he was booked on assault charges at the Midtown North Precinct stationhouse.
Young, whose team is in town to play the Yankees this weekend, was waiting to be arraigned early Friday.
He hit the series-winning home run to knock the Yankees out of the playoffs last October — but is almost as known for his angry antics as his on-field performance.
While in the minor leagues, Young was suspended 50 games after a wild run-in with an umpire in 2006.
After being called out on strikes, he refused to leave the batter’s box — and, once he finally did, he turned and hurled his bat at the umpire.
The umpire was not seriously hurt but Young was disciplined without pay.
The cannon-armed outfielder has been in the major leagues since late 2006 but has shown only flashes of the promise that made him a highly touted prospect.
While he finished second in the American League Rookie of the Year voting in 2007, he has already worn out his welcome on two teams after a series of clubhouse clashes.
Drafted by the Tampa Bay Rays, he was later dealt to the Minnesota Twins, who last year traded him to the Tigers.
Young, whose older brother Dimitri had a 12-year major league career, hit three home runs against the Yankees in last year’s first-round series, including one that provided the winning margin in decisive Game 5.
The Yankees and Tigers play in the Bronx at 7 p.m. Friday. Young’s availability for the series is unknown.

Matt Barnes & Gloria Govan Are Back Together And Engaged???

Last night, they attended the 2nd Annual ‘To The Nines’ Event held at the Westin in Los Angeles and Gloria was on ring hiding duties as they took pics throughout the night.   The couple was previously engaged for over five years before giving their relationship a rest after Matt was traded to the Los Angeles Lakers. Moving to a new city was stressful for their family but their relationship really took it’s toll during filming of Basketball Wives LA’s first season.
Last month, Gloria was a guest on Afterbuzz TV and she seemed very happy as she revealed that she had rekindled her relationship with Matt. She explained that they were able to rebuild trust and re-spark the fire in the relationship by living separately, going on dates and taking things so much slower than they did the first time around.
We split. Our time spent apart was very interesting. We have been up and down. It’s been an emotional rollercoaster. People don’t necessarily understand what it takes. We’ve been on five different teams in five years, moving across country twice with kids, by myself, just graduated college type of thing so we’ve been through a lot.
We are working things out. Now, that we’re dating it’s funny. We’ll go on movie dates and we’ll go to dinner and we moved separately. [starting from scratch]. That’s what we are working towards now. He still has his own spot and I have my own spot with the kids and he spends time over and that kind of stuff so we are rebuilding the trust and the fire.
[Before] we got engaged 8 months into our relationship and then [I got] pregnant 10 months into the relationship. Everything was on a fast track for us so now we are going super slow. I mean movie dates, can you put me in your schedule type of thing.
Matt Barnes and Rapper Game had a huge Twitter beef over Gloria. It was alleged that Gloria had an affair with Game and another member of Black Wall Street. Who knows if it's true or not but they have seemed to move on and put their family back together.

Jay-Z & Rihanna To Headline London 2012 Olympic Games Festival

Rihanna and Jay-Z will be the two headline acts in the popular music lineup for theLondon 2012 Olympic Games.

The pair will star in the BBC Radio 1 Hackney Weekend 2012 (June 23-24) a month before the Games, said organizers of the Olympics cultural festival, releasing the program at a news conference today. Comedians Stephen Fry and Tim Minchin will be among other entertainers cropping up in venues across Britain.

There will be absolutely something for everyone: from Beethoven to Jay-Z, from Shakespeare to Mike Leigh,” Culture Secretary Jeremy Hunt said at the news conference in the Tower of London. Leigh is a film director.

The festival organizers conveyed the size and scope of the event.

The London 2012 Festival will be the biggest cultural celebration in our lifetime,” said Royal Opera House Chief Executive Tony Hall, who chairs the Cultural Olympiad board.

Hall said more than 18 million people had already taken part in 9,000 performances and almost as many workshops.

The U.K. is rolling out dozens of arts events around the Games, which run from July 27 to Aug. 12. Some have been long planned and some commissioned as part of a four-year, 97 million pound ($157 million) cultural program.

Other headliners of Hackney Weekend -- set to draw an estimated 100,000 fans -- areFlorence + the Machine, Jack White, David Guetta and Tinie Tempah.
