DAMON DASH LOSES FULL CUSTODY OF HIS CHILDREN AND IS SLAPPED WITH A 3 YR RESTRAINING ORDER

Rachel Roy and Damon Dash’s contentious custody battle has finally ended.

Dash, the former Roc-a-Fella Records business partner, has lost sole and physical custody of his daughters, 15-year-old Ava and 6-year-old Tallulah, to his ex-wife Roy, reports E! News.

The fashion designer also obtained a three-year restraining order against her ex, which also includes an order of protection for their children.

However, Dash won’t be completely estranged from his daughters. The court awarded him supervised visits. Dash was not in the courtroom when the decision was announced.

Roy filed for divorce from Dash in 2009 after approximately four years of marriage.
