Last month Beanie Sigel was on his way home from taking his kids to school

Beans has been in the hospital since December 5th 2014, as doctors were trying to save his lung that was riddled with bullets from the shot that fired into his stomach.

He has since been released from the hospital but went directly to Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation in Pomona, NJ, where he'll spend the next 90 days learning how to function with one lung.
