The 33-year-old’s sentencing stems from a booze-fueled incident on May 30 at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills where he allegedly groped a woman and caused a scene with officers, including kicking out a window of a cop car.
Brandy’s younger brother was also ordered to three years probation and 50 hours of community service, reports E! News.
He must also undergo alcohol therapy and anger management classes as well as pay any restitution from the incident.
Ray J originally pled not guilty to the charges in mid-August.
