CAHRON "JAYARE" CHILDS

Cahron “JayAre” Childs, the young member of the famed rap group Cali Swag District, the group best known for the hit single “Teach Me How to Dougie,” passed away from sickle-cell disease complications.

The young hip-hop performer, who was only 25-years-young, was admitted to the hospital on June 5th for unknown reasons and later went in to cardiac arrest, which led to his untimely death.

Cali Swag District member Corey “Smooth Da General” Fowler took to Twitter to comment about the passing of his dear friend stating,

“Sickle cell took my brother away from me today…with that being said I’m proud to know that with that disease he made the best of his life.”
