Heisman Trophy-winning football star Jameis Winston is in trouble with the law again — this time for stealing crab legs from a grocery store in Florida, cops said on Wednesday.

The Florida State University quarterback — who has had several run-ins with cops in the past year — was slapped with a citation for pulling the fishy business at a Publix, according to the Florida State sports blog Tomahawk Nation.

He will be fined $30, forced to perform community service and suspended from the FSU baseball team, which he plays on half the year, sources told the blog.
“He got an adult civil citation,” a police source said.

“If he completes the sanctions, it will never show up on his record. They commonly give them to juveniles on first criminal offenses. They are now doing it for minor misdemeanors for adults to lower crime rate.”

But it’s not the first time the talented athlete has run into trouble.

He was accused of sexually assaulting a woman at an off-campus apartment in December 2012 and faced felony charges.

One year later, Florida’s state attorney decided not to pursue the case due to lack of evidence. Questions have since been raised about how thoroughly the cops handled the investigation in a college town where Winston’s considered a hero.

The US Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights has since opened an investigation into how the school handled the allegations.

In November, Winston was also questioned about his role in a BB gun fight, but no charges were pressed.

Then in July, a Burger King employee told cops Winston was spotted stealing soda from the restaurant. Again, no charges were filed.

The Leon County sheriff will hold a 2 p.m. press conference to discuss “contact” with Winston on Wednesday.

The department has yet to release more details about the alleged seafood snatching.

Winston tossed the winning touchdown at the National Championship game against Auburn this year.
