This happened when his girlfriend (43) allegedly tried to circumcise him with a knife.
Lukas from Mooiplaas, south of Tshwane, said his girlfriend had asked him last month if she could go and visit her family in Mozambique, Maputo.
The girlfriend promised to return a week later. And on her return she went straight to her sister's shack without letting Lukas know.
Lukas said: "One of my friends told me he had seen her there.
"I went to fetch her and brought her back to our shack.
"When I asked her why she failed to return home, she immediately called her sister, who came with guns blazing!"
According to Lukas, the sister stormed in and the sisters grabbed him.
His girlfriend allegedly took out a knife and pulled his pants down to his knees then the girlfriend tried to cut off his manhood.
Lukas says he fought to save his manhood and watched as his foreskin was sliced off.
His landlord, Andrew Seerane, found him bleeding heavily.
The landlord called an ambulance and he was rushed to Kalafong Hospital.
Constable Tumisang Moloto confirmed that a case of assault was being investigated by Erasmia police.
He said a woman was arrested in connection with the incident.
