Busta Rhymes couldn’t bust into rapper Fabolous’ and R&B singer Trey Songz’s joint birthday party Thursday night at Midtown nightclub Tokya.

Spies told us Rhymes wasn’t on the list at the new East 58th Street hot spot, which was open only for the private party.

Inside, Janet Jackson’s ex Jermaine Dupri, Irv Gotti and Sean Combs’ son Quincy partied with the birthday boys, who arrived at about 2:30 a.m.

DJ Clue spun Fab’s and Trey’s hits, including “You Be Killin Em” and “Bottoms Up,” and more than 100 bottles of Hennessy, Belvedere and Moët & Chandon champagne were poured.

Guests left staffers $20,000 in tips on a $100,000 tab when they departed.
