16 YR OLD GIRL'S BEST FRIEND SET HER UP TO BE GANG RAPED AND BEATEN BY TWO FLORIDA MEN

Monday a judge ordered that two teens accused of setting up a 16-year-old girl, in a pack of five raping and beating her until her eyes swelled shut as she bled from her ear be jailed without bond.
The accused rapist, Jayvon Woolfork, 19, stood next to one of his accused accomplices, Lanel Singleton, 18, dressed in tan jailhouse scrubs, their wrists cuffed behind their backs as the judge read from their arrest reports.

“This 16-year-old woman, both of her eyes were closed from being beaten, she had blood coming from one of her ears,” Broward County Judge John “Jay” Hurley said. “The court is concerned for the safety of this 16-year-old alleged victim.”

The attack occurred Friday night while the alleged victim was visiting a friend’s Hollywood home in the 1600 block of McKinley Street and was videotaped by at least one of the attackers on a cell phone, according to police.

The girl was listening to music and watching TV at her friend’s house when the pack of teens approached her and demanded that she have sex with Woolfork or be beaten, according to the arrest reports.

The reports say that when the girl refused, all five teenagers including her friend beat the girl, dragged her by her hair, kicked her, pushed her down stairs, and smashed her head against the concrete floor.

The girl was then dragged to a bedroom, where all of the teenagers forcibly removed her clothes and held her down while Woolfork raped her, said the report.

The girl, who had broken bones in her face and was covered with bruises, was treated at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, according to the report. Three other teens a 15-year-old girl, a 16-year-old girl and a 17-year-old boy had appearances in juvenile court either over the weekend or Monday morning.
