BASKETBALL WIVES SEASON 5

After a long hiatus where the show regrouped following an extremely negative season 4 the fifth season finally premieres this August. As previously reported Royce Reed and Jennifer Williams are not returning. In their place is Tasha Marbury, wife of former NY Knicks player Stephon Marbury. 
Of course returning are Suzie Ketcham (who will be food fighting this season), Evelyn "I Fixed My Life" Lozada, Tami Roman, and of course, Shaunie O'Neal. 

In some off-court drama concerning Tasha, Stephon was caught having an affair with his personal chef. He was then sued by his ex-mistress because he agreed to pay her $1 million for her silence and when he stopped paying up, she took him to court. Lovely. 

In addition, poor Tasha filed a report with NYPD alleging she was stalked by another of Stephon's reported flings who is obsessed with her. The woman, Monet Merchand, then filed a police report of her own claiming Tasha threatened her with "bodily harm," according to TMZ.

So I thought BBW was going in a more positive direction this season?
