MIGUEL'S LEG DROP VICTIM CONTEMPLATING SUING THE R&B SINGER AS HER LAWYER COMES OUT WITH A STATEMENT

Even though the young lady claimed to be fine and was all hugged up with Miguel backstage of the Billboard Awards, as soon as a lawyer got in her ear, she started seeing $$$.

Here is what her lawyer Jackie Childs errrr Vip Bhola had to say.
Khyati Shah—the audience member who was accidentally landed on by the singer during his performance at the Billboard Music Awards a few weeks back—is now “considering” legal action.

Shah’s attorney, Vip Bhola, says that a decision will be made soon on whether to file a lawsuit against Miguel pending Khyati’s most recent medical results. He noted that the fan has been experiencing “difficulties” as a result of the incident.

When your lawyer is named VIP, you know he is going for the cash.   I am pretty sure you have to sign some sort of release to be in that pit.
