Dwyane Wade has been divorced for a while, but there are still hearings going to see how much money he should pay his Ex-Wife Siohvaughn Funches.
Siohvaughn’s attorneys thinks Wade is hiding money and should have to pay more in spousal support.

They have a hearing coming up and they would like Pat Riley to testify, but Riles is not having it according to media. He is running from the process server like Usain Bolt.

Funches’ attorney, Lisa Macci, asked Circuit Court Judge Antonio Marin to force Riley to testify.
“Florida law says that an employer needs to make an employee available for service,” Macci said. “I guess the Miami Heat and Pat Riley are above the law.”
Process server Chris Yeoman, owner of Gotcha Legal Services, called the Heat “unprofessional.” His servers have tried to hand Riley his subpoena at the American Airlines Arena — to no avail.
Said Yeoman: “We never give up. He’ll be served, even if we have to do it at the NBA Finals.”

Wade allegedly paid Siohvaughn $1 million as an upfront payment and $35k a month in support, but she believes she deserves more.
