Gun violence erupted again last night as six people — including a 2-year-old girl and 13-year-old boy — were wounded in a drive-by shooting in Brooklyn, sources said.
The victims were struck near Rockaway and Riverdale avenues in Brownsville shortly after 7 p.m. when people playing a dice game on the street were targeted.
Michael Prince, father of wounded toddler Ariyanna Prince, was shot as he heroically protected her from the gunfire.
“He didn’t know either of them was shot at first,” said the child’s grandmother Leteria Hinton.
Jahlessa Westry, Ariyanna’s mom, said Michael called her to say the little girl was shot in the leg.

Deasia Simpson, 25, said her 13-year-old cousin, Kentrell Simpson, was shot in the hand.
None of the victims suffered life-threatening injuries.
The bullets came from a white Nissan Altima with Florida plates, sources said.
