CHRISTIE'S CELEBRATES 50 YEARS OF ROLEX DAYTONA MODEL WATCH

Rolex has been a fixture in the timepiece world for quite some time. There are a variety of styles and customizations to choose from. The Rolex Daytona happens to be one of the most popular styles and it is celebrating a milestone.
To celebrate 50 years of the Rolex Daytona model watch, Christie’s is orchestrating an auction of 50 of these amazing timepieces.

The Rolex Daytona’s that are going to be up for grabs are very special. A lot of them have never been seen before and are guaranteed to cause quite a stir.

The Rolex auction event will be taking place on November 10th in Geneva and bid pricing will start at $10,000. Some of the styles include the ‘Arabian Night’, ‘Choco Line’, ‘John Player Special’ and the ‘Jack of Diamonds’ which happens to be the most expensive piece.

 

The ‘Jack of Diamonds’ is expected to rake in almost $300,000. The watches slated for auction are some of the most famous models to date. Rolex aficionados will be excited.
