R&B bad boy Chris Brown is throwing rocks at Jay Z‘s throne, claiming in a new Jet interview that hypocritical critics overlook the Hip-Hop mogul’s criminal past, but continue to hold him to a higher standards.
“No disrespect, because I’m a fan, but nobody brings up the fact that (Jay Z) stabbed somebody and sold drugs. He gets a pass,” said Brown.

Jay Z was arrested in 1999 for stabbing record executive, Lance “Un” Rivera. He accused Rivera of bootlegging his album, Vol. 3…Life and Times of S. Carter.

Jay Z, real name Shawn Carter, has also admitted to dealing crack cocaine before he made it big in the music industry.

Though Jay Z has gone on to be a highly regarded brand-name that that has crossed over into mainstream America, Brown continues to be haunted by his 2009 domestic dispute with on again/off again love, singer Rihanna, as well as several volatile incidents with media and fans.

Jay Z was “deeply disappointed” when his protégé Rihanna decided to go back to her attacker.

During the interview, Brown also goes on to compare his perceived victimization to slavery, also revealing that he identifies with slain Florida teen, 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, who was unarmed when he was profiled because of his attire and race.
”I identify with Trayvon 100% as far as living in 2013 and still dealing with blatant racism,” said Brown. “This generation is so used to racism that it’s normal; we don’t care. We aren’t on drugs or catching AIDS, but they still look at us as (n-word).”
