Kevin Durant, one of the NBA's most talented and most popular players, is officially off the market. And, no we aren't talking about his management deal with Jay-Z's Roc Nation Sports Agency.
The Oklahoma City Thunder forward is engaged to Minnesota Lynx star Monica Wright, who confirmed the engagement following Minnesota's 91-59 victory over the Phoenix Mercury on Sunday night, according to The Associated Press.

According to the report, Durant popped the question on July 6th.

The two have been friends since high school, when they met at the McDonald's All-American Game in 2006.

It is unclear exactly how long the two have been dating, but reports emerged earlier this spring indicating the pair was together.

Just like Durant, Wright was also the second overall pick, drafted by the Minnesota Lynx in the 2010 WNBA Draft. She attended the University of Virginia.
