Beyonce returned to the stage in Antwerp last night after postponing her concert the day before.  She blinked back tears as she told the Belgian crowd she was defying doctor’s orders by performing that night.
“I just have to say, I feel so good to be on this stage. I have the best fans in the world," the visibly emotional 31-year-old explained. “Now, my doctors told me not to perform tonight, but there was no way in the world."

"I just have to say that you all have given me so much inspiration," she added. "And I just want to thank you guys."

The superstar singer fueled rumors she was pregnant with baby No. 2 after canceling her Tuesday concert due to dehydration and exhaustion.

The Grammy winner posted a handwritten note to apologize to her fans for nixing her show: “I've never postponed a show in my life. It was very hard for me.”
