[VIDEO] POLICE HAVE FINALLY ARRESTED 3 SUSPECTS ACCUSED OF STRIPPING A NEW JERSEY TEEN AND BEATING HIM WITH A BELT FOR $20 DOLLAR DEBT

New Jersey police have arrested three people in connection with a brutal video showing a clan of thugs forcing a teen to strip naked and then savagely whipping him over an apparent $20 debt.
Newark Police told the Newark Star-Ledger that a 19-year-old man was charged with robbery, conspiracy and aggravated assault, while two others, including the cameraman, were arrested in connection with the incident on Tuesday.
The suspects weren't identified.
Newark Mayor Cory Booker planned to hold a press conference about the sickening incident along with Police Director Samuel DeMaio and Police Chief Sheilah Coley on Wednesday.
The shocking video, which cops say took place corner of Irving Turner Boulevard and Clinton Avenue, about two miles south of downtown, shows a man forcing the unidentified teen to take his clothes off and then whipping him with a belt for nearly two minutes.
The humiliated teen yelps and cowers in pain as the torturer's cronies laugh and heckle him.
At one point, the man with the belt screams at the boy to "tell the camera whose world this is."
"Dog eat dog world," the boy says, as the belt cracks against his flesh.
It's not clear what prompted the torture chamber-style beating.
In the beginning of the video, the cameraman makes a reference to a debt owed by the teen's father. Later the teen mentions that $20 is owed, though it's not clear by whom.
The video went viral last week after appearing on the shock website WorldStarHipHop and YouTube, where it was viewed more than 40,000 times.
Police don't know when the incident took place, but it appears as though it occured in warmer weather because the group is dressed in t-shirts and shorts.
Newark officials condemned the repulsive attack.
"I'd throw every available book at these guys," Eugene O'Donnel, a former Manhattan prosecutor, told the Star-Ledger. "It's an outrageous incident."
