RAPPER/TV REALITY STAR JIM JONES ARRESTED ON 2 WARRANTS AFTER CONFRONTING A POLICE OFFICER OUTSIDE OF HIS NEW JERSEY HOME

Rapper and reality TV star Jim Jones was arrested on Wednesday outside his home in the affluent neighborhood of Fair Lawn, New Jersey for disorderly conduct.

Jones reportedly approached a police officer outside his home who was responding to a traffic complaint. The officer subsequently ran Jones’ name through the police database and the results showed two outstanding warrants for the rapper’s arrest. One warrant was for a traffic violation and the other was for failing to remove snow from his sidewalk (yes, you read right).

When questioned about the warrants, Jones became hostile and belligerent. Consequently the “Chrissy and Mr. Jones” star was cuffed, taken to a police station and booked.

Lt. Derek Bastinck commented on Jones’ arrest, “If [people with outstanding warrants] agree, we’ll just have them come down and pay what they owe but if they don’t agree, they’re placed under arrest.”
