The coolest part? A fully submerged observation room which gives 360 degree views of wildlife.

The resort has a delightful interior that spills out onto the outside spaces in a smooth, inviting flow.It's expected to hit the market within a year for about $1.7 million dollars.

The vessel - which is about 65 feet long - has enough room to sleep six people in two singles and two double bedrooms. Each have their own bathroom. Power is generated for the hotel with solar panels in the roof.

All the luxuries of home can be found in the floating oasis.
"It has a fully submerged observation bulb because the majority of people are fascinated by watching exotic fish, dolphins, sharks, and marine turtles" designer Michele Puzzolante said.
