Max B. Loses Final Appeal & Must Serve At Least 30 Years
Dipset affiliate Max B has been denied his appeal for the last time.
The Harlem rapper must spend a minimum of 30 years in prison due to
his conviction stemming from a robbery-homicide in 2006. According to
reports from RapDose, Max B won’t be eligible for parole until
November 9, 2042.
A New Jersey state prison has been Max B’s home since he was convicted
of nine out of 11 counts of conspiracy, robbery, and murder charges.
New Jersey prosecution maintains the rapper recruited his
ex-girlfriend and stepbrother to rob two men at a Holiday Inn located
in New Jersey where one of the men was killed execution style and died
later.
