LA Radio Personality Big Boy Executive Produces “Exit Strategy” featuring Kevin Hart

Los Angeles radio personality Big Boy will serve as the executive producer of the upcoming film, “Exit Strategy.”
The movie also stars Philadelphia bred comedians Kevin Hart and Quincy “QDeezy” Harris of Philly’s 107.9.
The comedy centers around a young man who becomes delusional, after he gets evicted from his apartment and has to move in with his girlfriend of three months.
“Exit Strategy” is the feature directorial debut of filmmaker Michael Whitton.
In addition to Kevin Hart and QDeezy, the movie stars Jameel Saleem, Kimelia Weathers, Noelle Balfour and Nick Sinise.
According to producer Kellie Maltagliati, the film was made on a budget of less than $100,000, thanks in part to technological advances with cameras and editing software.
“We shot ‘Exit Strategy’ on Canon’s D-SLR 5D camera—which looks like a point-and-shoot camera with an output comparable to 35mm film,” Producer Kellie Maltagliati told AllHipHop.com.
“This type of production process would not have been possible even a couple of years ago, and we’re thrilled to be a part of the new independent film world where low budget does not necessarily mean low quality,” Maltagliati added.
“I hope the viewers can recognize a similar pattern in their own relationships and maybe, just maybe, find the courage to be honest with themselves—first, then to others,” Michael Whitton said. “It’s the best strategy in my opinion to being happy.”
“Exit Strategy” is supposed to open in theaters nationwide on Valentine’s Day.
