BOMBSHELL MODEL SUES AFTER HER PHOTOS WERE UNEXPECTEDLY USED AS THE FACE TO SELL PORN

Model sues after becoming the ‘face of porn’
NICOLE FORNI
She wanted to be a model in Ohio. Instead, she ended up a prostitute in Switzerland and a horny housewife in Dubai.

Busty Buckeye bombshell Nicole Forni says seductive snaps from a photo shoot were sold without her consent and are now used on a dizzying array of porn sites, according to a lawsuit moved last week to Manhattan federal court.

Forni, 23, says she agreed to the session in January 2013 with lensman Joshua Resnick — on the “unconditional promise” that the lingerie shots not be used in an “adult-oriented, pornographic or obscene manner,” according to court papers.

Before she could say “cheese,” the Cleveland-area stunner found herself the unwitting face of steamy erotica such as “Horny Housewives of Dubai,” “Vixen in Vegas” and “Kinky Anniversary Gift: A Collection of Group Sex Stories.”
Worse, Forni says she learned about it only from family and friends who spotted her on Playboy’s Web site “and eventually the Web site of the other adult-photo companies,” court papers claim.

“She was mortified,” her lawyer, Michael O’Shea, told reporters. “Modeling is being able to promote yourself with a certain amount of respect.” The images, taken at Resnick’s Columbus, Ohio, studio, were all “Victoria’s Secret-type” shots, common in the business, O’Shea said.

“No model says, ‘I’m going to look like Annie Hall in every photograph I take,’ ” O’Shea said. “But there’s a certain level of dignity that people live with, and this guy violated that dignity and trust for a few bucks.”

Her pictures quickly went global, appearing on dozens of US and foreign porn sites such as peepshows4u.com, sexdate24.net and libidoqueen.de, according to the lawsuit. The pictures were used to promote prostitution, sex products, jiggle joints and escort services — she’s even the face of Switzerland-based superescort.ch — the lawsuit states.

Forni admits she signed a universal adult-model release for all agencies — which makes no mention of the oral agreement that they not be used on adult sites, court papers state.

Forni is demanding that the pictures be taken down and is seeking “under five figures” from Resnick, whom she accuses in the suit of breach of contract, fraud and fraudulent inducement.
