BEANIE SIGEL
Beanie Sigel is a free man for the first time since 2012, when he began serving a two-year sentence for tax evasion.

Fans of late '90s/early '00s East Coast hip-hop should be rejoicing at this point.

Just a couple of weeks after Terror Squad's Remy Ma was freed from prison, it seems like early Roc-A-Fella powerhouse Beanie Sigel has followed in her footsteps.

Based on a picture tweeted by Wayno, a member of Triangle Offense Management, this morning, it looks like Beans has completed the two-year sentence he began in 2012 for tax evasion (he failed to pay more around $728,000 between 1999-2005).

On top of that, he was sentenced to an additional 6-to-23 months for possession of a controlled substance shortly before going away, but it seems like he's completed that sentence as well.
