FEMALE MAXIMUM SECURITY CORRECTION OFFICER ARRESTED AFTER HAVING SEX WITH CONVICTED MURDERER SERVING LIFE

MICHAEL DANIELS & KENYETTA FOXE

Kenyetta Foxe, 28, a correctional officer at Riverbend Maximum Security Institution in Nashville, Tennessee, was arrested after it was discovered that she had sex with an inmate.

Foxe allegedly admitted to sleeping Michael Daniels, 28, who is serving a life sentence for murder, on at least two separate occasions.

Daniels is serving a life sentence, plus 23 years for the 2006 death of Adrian Patton. 

During his 2008 trial, the jury decided Daniels ordered fellow Skyline Bloods gang member Timothy Evans to carry out the hit against Patton.

Daniels is eligible for parole in 2072.

Foxe was charged with one felony count of sex with prisoners.

She was booked into the Metro jail on $10,000 bond.

According to Dorinda Carter, Communications Director with the Tennessee Department of Correction, she was hired in February 2013.
