15 YEAR OLD BOY SHOT IN THE LEG ON LINE AT A BROOKLYN FOOT LOCKER WAITING TO BUY THE NEW JORDANS

A 15-year-old boy waiting in line for a new pair of sneakers was shot outside a Foot Locker early Saturday in Brooklyn, cops and witnesses said.

The teen was on Knickerbocker Avenue near Stanhope Street at 5:40 a.m. when he was shot in the leg, authorities said.

“I saw a group of guys walked up – about four of them. I heard two gun shots and I started running — people were screaming and scattering all over the place. They were knocking over people sitting in chairs,” said one 15-year-old witness who only gave his first name, Robert.

“The boy fell to the ground and was holding his leg,” a witness who refused to be identified said.

He was rushed to Woodhull for the non-life-threatening wound, cops said.

Sneakerheads said they were waiting on line — some since Thursday — for the latest $150 Air Jordan 11 snakeskin sneakers, along with the $250 Nike Air Foamposite Pro “Yeezy.”
