Well you had to know “The Black Mamba” was going to respond in some way shape or form after the folks at ESPN saw fit to rank him the 25th best player in the NBA.
Kobe changed his Twitter avatar to the number “1225,” which represents where ESPN predicted the Los Angeles Lakers would finish in the Western Conference this season (12th) and where the 5-time NBA champion was positioned (25th) amongst the 500 players in the league.

Players like Kobe that possess an unwavering mental fortitude , usually use slights like this as motivation to crush their critics, so I’m guessing that’s exactly what he’s going to do.
