2 Pac Aunt 'Assata Shakur' Has Become The First Woman On The FBI's Most Wanted Terrorist List. -- The aunt of the late rapper Tupac Shakur has become the first woman to be included on the FBI's Most Wanted Terrorist list.

Assata Shakur – also known as Joanne Chesimard – was convicted for the 1973 murder of US policeman Werner Foerster in 1977, but escaped from prison two years later.
Shakur was a member of the Black Liberation Army and shot Foerster in the head after she was pulled over by the state trooper and his partner for having a broken tail light, states New Jersey police. She has now made the FBI's official list of Most Wanted Terrorists, after being on the run for almost 35 years. The reward for Shakur's capture stands at $2 million.

Shakur has been living in Cuba since 1984, reports the Independent, where the FBI believes she has links to international terrorist organisations.
New Jersey State Police Superintendent Col. Rick Fuentes said in a recent news conference: "She continues to flaunt her freedom in the face of this horrific crime."
Shakur's brother was Tupac's stepfather. Tupac was shot and killed in Las Vegas in 1996.
