NEIGHBORS BATTLE GOSPEL-VS-PORN AS THE DISPUTE RAGES BETWEEN HOMEOWNERS

Culprits: The neighbours' home accused of blaring gospel music is seen from the home accused of blaring pornographic films in retaliation
Two neighbors in Twain Harte, California have taken a local dispute so far that it has resulted in the area being plagued with blaring pornography.
A man sick of hearing his neighbours blaring gospel music from their home fought back on Sunday evening by setting up a big screen television on his porch that blasted reverberating pornographic films right back at them.
'Just to kind of give them a taste of offensive play there, just a little payback,' the man - who refused to be identified - told CBS Sacramento.

'One day it went on for like 12 hours and it was like, and my dog was howling and it was just bad,' he said.
Fighting back in their own way, his neighbours called the Tuolumne County police department, including a video of the porno playing in the man's backyard with their complaint.

While those neighbours were not available for comment on the case, one neighbour, Dave Kamps, told CBS that their music selection doesn't offend him one bit.
'I love it. I love it,' he said.
'I think that was a little ridiculous,' said Tara Varela, a second Twain Harte resident, of the man's porn selection.
'He shouldn't have just played porn like that. He could have played, like I said, death metal. Anything besides that.'
'Yeah, like I said, not the best choice,' the porno-owner said, 'but you know what are you going to do?'
He added: 'After all the commotion, I probably wouldn't have done it.'
He said he now doesn't plan to live there much longer either.
As of Thursday the man is not facing any charges over the issue.
