LINDSAY LOHAN ARRESTED, DRIVES INTO PEDESTRIAN AT NYC NIGHT CLUB AND COULD VIOLATE PROBATION

She just can't seem to stay out of trouble.

Starlet Lindsay Lohan was arrested early this morning in downtown Manhattan after her SUV allegedly hit a pedestrian near the Dream Hotel, according to a report.

Lohan was pulling in to park her Porsche Cayenne near the hotel around 2 a.m. when she allegedly hit the knee of a 30-something man, law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

The gossip site reported that the NYPD were called while LiLo and her entourage were in the hotel following the incident. She was arrested when she walked out around 2:30 a.m., the Web site reports.

Lohan was booked for leaving the scene of an accident, a misdemeanor, and was released without bail, TMZ reports.

The pedestrian was taken to Bellevue hospital.
While TMZ reported that alcohol was not involved in the incident, the arrest could trigger a probation violation in Lohan's jewelry theft case.
