50 Cent Looks to Silence Young Buck

50 Cent and Young Buck made great tracks together while Buck was still signed to 50's G-Unit label, but since their falling out a while back, the two certainly have not seen eye-to-eye. Now 50 is looking to further silence his former artist as the South Side Queens native recently filed a motion to halt the sales of Buck's recordings, as the Tennesse native looks to pay off creditors.

The Wall Street Journal reports that Fif's lawyers have filed documents requesting to stop the sale of Young Buck's recordings, publishing and other intellectual property. His team wants a judge to look over the issue and decide what Buck is actually to sell.

According to 50's attorneys, the rights to Young Buck's recordings are already in their hands which was stipulated in the deal Buck signed when he first joined G-Unit.

"The creditors are left with no choice but to file this opposition to ensure that the trustee is not seeking to adversely affect the creditors' rights in assets that they own, or in which they have rights and interests", 50's lawyer stated.

Buck just can't catch a break these days, as it was also reported that the G-Unit label is selling absolutely everything from trademarks to logos and Buck's rap name. A judge will oversee the case in the coming week.
